Mobile-service requirements

Forge Finish Detailing is a fully mobile service. Customers must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle along with a working outdoor water spigot and a standard 110V electrical outlet within reasonable reach of the service location. Appointments may be postponed or an additional fee charged if water or electricity is not available on arrival.

Damage disclaimer

Forge Finish Detailing is not responsible or liable for any damage to the vehicle that existed before service, occurs during service due to preexisting conditions (including but not limited to worn clear coat, oxidized paint, loose or brittle trim, aftermarket parts, prior repairs, rust, cracked plastics, faulty electronics, unsecured components, or mechanical issues), or is discovered after service. By booking, the customer acknowledges that detailing can expose but does not cause these underlying conditions, and releases Forge Finish Detailing from responsibility for any such damage before, during, or after the appointment.

Starting-price policy

All website prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, location, and the labor required.

Additional-work authorization

Forge Finish Detailing will notify the customer before completing work that would materially increase the quoted price.

Cancellation policy

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the vehicle, water, or electricity.

Weather policy

Mobile appointments may be postponed or rescheduled because of rain, storms, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, or other unsafe conditions.

Personal-property policy

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items before service. Forge Finish Detailing is not responsible for unsecured belongings left inside the vehicle.

Existing-damage policy

Forge Finish Detailing may photograph scratches, dents, stains, worn materials, warning lights, loose trim, damaged electronics, and other preexisting conditions before beginning service.

Results policy

Complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, water spots, pet hair, or other defects cannot be guaranteed.

Child-seat policy

Child seats should be removed by the customer unless child-seat cleaning has been specifically requested. Forge Finish Detailing will not reinstall child seats unless permitted and properly trained to do so.

Satisfaction policy

Customers should inspect the vehicle after service and report concerns promptly. Forge Finish Detailing should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and correct legitimate service issues.
